JEE-ADVANCED
GLANCE
Joint Entrance Examination – Advanced (JEE-Advanced), formerly the Indian Institutes of Technology-Joint Entrance Examination (IIT-JEE), is an academic examination held annually in India.
It is conducted by one of the seven
zonal IITs (IIT Roorkee, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, IIT Bombay, IIT Madras, and IIT Dharwad) under the guidance of the Joint Admission Board (JAB).
The examination is organised each year by one of the IITs,
on a round-robin rotation pattern.
It is the sole prerequisite for admission to the Indian Institutes of Technology.
Other universities like the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology, Indian Institute
of Science Education and Research (IISERs), and the Indian Institute of Science also use the score obtained on the JEE-Advanced exam as the basis for admission.

JEE-Advanced 2020 was conducted by IIT-Delhi. Pattern will give details about type of questions,marking scheme,total no. of questions and other Important Information.
As per pattern ,the examination was a computer-based test
and consist of two compulsory paper(Paper-1 and Paper-2) consisiting of Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics.
